Instructions
For the Filling:
- Place Simply V Plant-Based Cream Cheese and sugar in mixing bowl (if you have a stand mixer this is preferred).
- Beat/Mix Simply V Plant-Based Cream Cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add vanilla and lemon juice and mix until combined.
- Filling is ready to use.
For Danish:
- Make or purchase Vegan Danish/Puff Pastry Dough.
- Cut or use a 5x5 square portion or 6x6 square portion.
- Egg wash the dough lightly.
- Place 2 ounces of filling in center of dough.
- Fold two opposite corners of the dough across the center.
- Egg wash, lightly sprinkle with course sugar.
- Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
- Cool and serve.
